1. Introduction
Welcome to Baaft Decor ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at baaftdecor.com and all related services provided by Baaft Decor, including doorstep consultation, measurement, fabrication, and installation of home furnishing products across Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
Baaft Decor provides doorstep home furnishing services in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Curtains -- consultation, fabric selection, stitching, and installation
- Blinds -- measurement, supply, and installation of roller, venetian, roman, and vertical blinds
- Sofa upholstery -- re-upholstery, new sofa covers, and fabric restoration
- Wallpaper -- selection, supply, and professional application
- Flooring -- supply and installation of wooden, laminate, vinyl, and SPC flooring
- Wardrobes -- custom design, manufacturing, and installation
- Modular kitchens -- design, manufacturing, and installation
- Office furnishing -- complete furnishing solutions for commercial spaces
All services are subject to availability in your area. We currently serve 65+ areas across Hyderabad, Telangana.
3. Booking and Consultation Process
You may book a consultation through our website, by calling us at +91 9849917494, or via WhatsApp at the same number. Our process typically follows these steps:
- Booking: You submit a consultation request through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. We will confirm the appointment within 24 hours.
- Doorstep Consultation: Our trained consultant visits your home or office at the scheduled time, carrying fabric samples and catalogs for your review.
- Measurement: Our team takes precise measurements of windows, walls, or relevant areas using professional tools.
- Quotation: We provide a detailed written quotation based on your selections and measurements. The quotation remains valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Order Confirmation: Upon your acceptance and advance payment, the order is confirmed and production begins.
- Installation: Our professional team installs the finished products at your premises.
Consultation visits are provided free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed with a purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- An advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
- We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque, and cash.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a quotation is accepted and advance payment is made, the quoted price will be honoured for that order.
- Any additional work or material requested after order confirmation will be quoted and billed separately.
5. Installation and Delivery
- Estimated timelines for delivery and installation will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Typical timelines range from 7 to 21 working days depending on the product and scope of work.
- We will coordinate with you to schedule installation at a mutually convenient date and time.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible and ready for our team. This includes clearing furniture or obstructions near the work area.
- Minor delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability, weather conditions, or access restrictions. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
- Installation charges are included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise.
6. Warranty and Quality Guarantee
- All products supplied and installed by Baaft Decor carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product category and will be specified at the time of order.
- The warranty covers defects in stitching, fabrication, hardware failure, and installation workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, alterations by third parties, or exposure to conditions beyond the product's intended use (e.g., water damage to non-waterproof materials).
- Colour variations due to differences in screen display versus actual fabric or material are not covered under warranty.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before production begins: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund of the advance payment.
- After production has started: Cancellations after production has commenced will be subject to a deduction for materials already procured and work already completed. The exact amount will be communicated based on the stage of production.
- Custom and made-to-order products: Due to the bespoke nature of our products (custom-stitched curtains, cut-to-size blinds, tailored upholstery, etc.), fully completed custom products are non-refundable.
- Defective products: If a product is found to be defective upon delivery or installation, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information regarding measurements, site conditions, and any special requirements at the time of consultation.
- You must ensure that someone is present at the premises during scheduled consultation, measurement, and installation visits.
- Any structural issues (e.g., uneven walls, damaged surfaces) that may affect installation should be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
- You are responsible for maintaining the installed products as per the care instructions provided by our team.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Baaft Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
- While we strive to display product colours and textures as accurately as possible on our website, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. We recommend viewing physical samples during the consultation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Baaft Decor website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, and software, is the property of Baaft Decor or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from Baaft Decor.
The "Baaft Decor" name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks of the Company and may not be used without express authorization.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and property address solely for the purpose of providing our services.
